Archives For Positive Thinking

My visit to Cathedral Provincial Park was much more meaningful than I could have ever dreamt it would be. The astonishing beauty of the park was captivating, and it was a personal victory to hike the challenging trails to peaks along the rim.

Procrastinating may seem the easy way out in the short term, but really, it just prolongs the inevitable. We procrastinate about issues we don’t want to face or tasks we don’t want to perform. The problem is the longer you wait, the harder it is for you to confront the issues or complete the tasks. One of the ways to reduce stress is to get a good night’s sleep. If you want to be at your best during your waking hours, getting a good night’s sleep must be a priority in your life. In fact, one of the most important components in staying healthy is to sleep well. For most of us, that means getting a minimum of seven and a half hours of sleep—that’s seven and a half hours of uninterrupted, deep, restful sleep.
